I have been practising meditation and mindfulness for several years and it has had a profound effect on my practice as a musician, as well as on my life in general.
I share methods and exercises with others, specifically designed for musicians (Mindfulness for Musicians). I often work together with my colleagues from Play As We Are, combining mindfulness with movement exercises and composition.
In 2025 I completed my studies as a trainer for Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - a secular, scientifically researched method, which teaches the basics of meditation. I am a registered category 1 trainer.
